Estimates are subject to on-site inspections prior to any quotations and written or verbal commencement date agreement.

Estimates and/or quotations are not to be used as legal contractual agreements.

Project commencement date will only be provided upon quotation acceptment with the required down payment.

Romulus Contracting reserves the right to revoke any estimates provided for any reason at any given time.
